By downloading, installing, or using the Bowling Shot Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice. Any price changes will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the change takes effect.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. To cancel your subscription:
If you cancel during an active subscription period, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.
If your subscription is cancelled or not renewed, you will lose access to premium features at the end of your current billing period. Your account and non-premium data will remain accessible, but premium features such as unlimited video exports and advanced analytics will no longer be available.
All subscription purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. If you have any concerns about your subscription, please contact us at support@aibowling.app. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Apple's refund policy.
If we offer a free trial or promotional subscription period, it will be clearly indicated at the time of sign-up. At the end of any free trial or promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and will renew according to the terms above unless cancelled.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including videos and training data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. BOWLING IS A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY THAT CARRIES INHERENT RISKS. USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AI Bowling Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to bring any judicial proceedings relating to these Terms before the competent courts of your country of residence.
